For a second time we’ve worked with a time-served craftswoman to produce these three, one-of-a-kind bags made from repurposed Pao head rests, Japanese textiles and custom fabrics designed by Sarah aka Inkymole.

Each one is unique, machine- and hand-sewn with care and real attention to detail. Starting with a sparkling clean headrest, the pale blue and grey weave of the seat fabric uses the piping for structural integrity, and each bag is finished with a detachable, reversible shoulder strap and lined with textiles in Pike-inspired colours and designed. The bags close with a snap using the original pop stud fastenings, and contain pockets for phones, sweeties, keys and so on. 

Should you want to switch to more of a handbag vibe, the bags come with round plastic handles - the long strap just unclips! Each bag is finished with a tiny woven Pao 'Wings' seat tag sewn inside. Finally, your bag will come with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity, so you know you're getting the real deal. Whether on picnics, nights out or sudden drives into town we hope you’ll enjoy using your bag for years to come!
