A new Nissan door striker for your Pao, Be-1 and K10 Micra or March, as well as B11 and B12 Sunny, Z10 Cube and more.
If the black plastic is missing from your door strikers, then I recommend new ones. We found changing these really upgraded our comfort on both of our Paos by helping to reduce wind noise and rattling. The doors also closed with less effort, so no more slamming of doors.
